RETURNS:
In the case of defective merchandise or Strappity shipping error, written notice by email, fax or certified mail must be received by Strappity-Do-Da™ within (10) days of delivery. Defective or erroneously shipped merchandise shall be returned to Strappity-Do-Da™; replacement merchandise ships upon receipt of returned items.
GUARANTEE - 30 day guarantee against manufacturers defects - voided if:
1. tampering with G-hook
2. rough or careless handling
3. placing in washer/dryer
4. placing straps in contact with sharp edge
5. failure to follow instructions provided with product
6. resale of our product without being a legitimate wholesaler
7. as a wholesale dealer not providing our instructions or an exact duplicate of our care and maintenance instructions
